MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Membership Overview

The Bath & Care is a monthly membership program offering unlimited services for one dog per membership.

Each visit includes:

• Luxurious bath
• Ear cleaning
• Teeth brushing
• Double towel dry
• Nail trim & grind
• Blow out & fluff
• Brush out
• Deshedding 

2. Membership Pricing

Pricing is based on your pet’s weight category.

3. Enrollment & First Visit

• Memberships start immediately upon purchase through our online booking system

• At your first appointment, your dog will be weighed and evaluated by our Master Groomer. If the selected size or breed category is incorrect, your future monthly price will be updated accordingly.

• If your dog qualifies as a special breed (curly/double coat), a $20/month surcharge will be added going forward. This includes breeds like Goldendoodles, Poodles, Labradoodles, Bichon Frise, and Portuguese Water Dogs. (See our full list below). If you have a mixed breed, our master groomer will decide whether it will be in special breed  category.

4. Unlimited Use & Fair Use Policy

You may book as many visits as you’d like; however, to ensure availability for all members, a Fair Use Policy applies:

• Up to 1 visit per week is recommended.

• Excessive bookings may result in a temporary hold or reevaluation of membership terms. 

5. Add-On Services (Optional & Extra)

• Quick Trim Pack: Face, paw, tushy trim, bandana or bow

• Full Fur Service: Full body trim + bandana or bow

Add-on services are charged per visit and vary by size and breed. Special coat types incur additional fees.

6. Membership Terms

• Memberships are month-to-month, auto-renewed until canceled.

• You may cancel any time before the next billing cycle.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time. 

7. Appointment Policies

• Visits must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Repeated no-shows may result in a $15 no-show fee or suspension of membership privileges. 

8. Eligibility & Groomer Approval

• Memberships are subject to approval based on dog behavior, health, and coat condition.

• Dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations.

• Aggressive or uncooperative pets may be denied membership or services.

9. Changes in Weight or Condition

• If your dog changes weight and moves into a different size category, your monthly rate will be adjusted accordingly.

• Changes are assessed during routine visits or by customer notification.

10. Membership Availability

• Groom & Goods reserves the right to pause or stop accepting new membership applications at any time to maintain service quality. 

11. Liability

Owners agree that all grooming services carry inherent risks. By joining, you release Groom & Goods from liability for minor nicks, scratches, or stress-related reactions, unless due to proven negligence.
