How the Unlimited Membership Works
The goal is simple: keep your dog in great condition all month with regular, professional maintenance instead of occasional emergency grooming visits.
What is Bath & Care
Bath & Care is our all inclusive maintenance service designed to keep your dog fresh between full grooming visits. Every Bath & Care visit includes:
- Luxurious bath
- Ear cleaning
- Teeth brushing
- Double towel dry
- Nail trim and grind
- Blowout and fluff
- Brush out
- Deshedding, when needed
Members use this service regularly so their dog does not reach the point of being overgrown, matted or uncomfortable.
Mini Grooming and Full Grooming
The membership is built around unlimited Bath & Care. If your dog needs Mini Grooming or Full Grooming, those services are simply charged at the time you book them.
As a member, you receive 20% OFF additional services, which applies to Mini Grooming, Full Grooming and other eligible add ons while your membership is active.
How billing works
Your membership renews automatically every month for your convenience. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date so you stay in control.
We are not able to offer partial refunds for unused visits or unused time within the month.
How pricing is calculated
Pricing depends on two things: your dogs breed and your dogs size. When you click Check Availability, our tool looks at this information and shows you the membership options that apply to your dog if there is capacity available.
Appointments and cancellations
All Bath & Care visits are by appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Repeated last minute cancellations or no shows can lead to a temporary suspension of membership so we can protect time on the schedule for active members.
Who Is This Membership For
This program is designed for families who want their dog to look and feel good all month, not just on grooming day.
Great fit for dogs that
- Get dirty or smelly quickly
- Have coats that benefit from regular brushing and drying
- Shed noticeably around the home
- Need regular nail trims, ear cleaning and basic upkeep
Why not every dog is accepted
Because this is an unlimited program, we have to be selective about which dogs we bring in. Some breeds, sizes or temperaments may not be a fit based on the mix of members we already have.

How many times per month can my dog come in >
While your membership is active, you can book unlimited Bath & Care visits as long as there is appointment availability and your account is in good standing.
Does the membership include full grooming or haircuts >
The membership covers unlimited Bath & Care visits. Mini Grooming and Full Grooming are available as additional services and are simply billed when you book them.
Do members get discounts in store or for other services >
Yes. Members receive 20 percent off in store shopping and 20 percent off additional services such as Mini Grooming and Full Grooming while their membership is active.
Is there a long term contract >
There is no long term contract. Your membership renews every month, and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
What happens if I do not use the membership for a while >
Billing is monthly and not per visit. We are not able to offer partial refunds for unused visits or unused time, so we encourage you to schedule consistently to get the full value of the membership.
Can someone else bring my dog to the appointment >
Yes. A trusted family member or friend can drop off and pick up your dog for scheduled visits, as long as they follow the instructions we provide.
What does it mean if I do not see any membership options for my dog >
It means that at this moment the system does not have space for that type of dog. Capacity changes over time, so results may be different the next week you check.
