Does the membership include haircuts?+
No — and that's intentional. The membership covers unlimited Bath & Care (bath, blowout, nails, ears, teeth, brushing, deshedding, health check). Haircuts are separate because not every dog needs them. A Husky or Frenchie never needs a haircut. You only pay for haircuts when your dog needs one — at 20% off as a member.
How many times can my dog come in per month?+
As many times as you want. Most members come every 1–2 weeks. Some come weekly. There's no limit.
What's a Mini Groom vs Full Groom?+
Mini Groom = Everything in Bath & Care + face trim, paw trim, sanitary trim, bandana. A light cleanup.
Full Groom = Everything in Bath & Care + complete body haircut and styling. The full transformation.
Why do some breeds cost $20 more?+
Breeds like Goldendoodles, Poodles, Huskies, and Shih Tzus need significantly more time — specialized drying, thorough brushing, careful detangling. The price difference reflects real labor.
Is there a contract?+
No contract. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. But this works best for people committed to building a real routine — not coming once every 8 weeks.
What if spots aren't available?+
We limit members so everyone gets great service. If we're at capacity for your breed/size, check back — spots open as members cancel.
Can my dog just come for a quick brush?+
Yes. Your dog doesn't need to be dirty. Regular brushing is exactly the point — especially for Doodles and curly coats that mat fast.
