What does the membership cost?+
It depends on your dog's size and coat type, because those change how long each visit takes. Click Check Availability, enter your breed and size, and you'll see your exact rate right away.
Does the membership include haircuts?+
No — and that's intentional. The membership covers 2 sessions of Bath & Care a month (bath, blowout, nails, ears, teeth, 10 minutes of brushing or deshedding, health check). Haircuts are separate because not every dog needs them. A Husky or Frenchie never needs a haircut. You only pay for haircuts when your dog needs one — at discounted member pricing.
How many times can my dog come in per month?+
Your membership includes 2 Bath & Care sessions per month.
Need more than that? Every extra session is 50% off the regular price, any time you want one. There's no cap on how often your dog can come in — the membership just sets how many sessions are included in your monthly rate.
Why is there a limit? I thought it was unlimited.+
There's no limit on visits — you can bring your dog in as often as you like. What's set is how many sessions are included in the monthly rate: two.
Two reasons for that number. First, coat health: bathing much more often than every couple of weeks strips the natural oils out of the coat and dries out the skin. More isn't better past a point.
Second, fairness. Every session is a real appointment slot with a real groomer. Putting a number on the plan keeps spots open for every member instead of a handful of dogs filling the calendar — and keeps the price fair for the people who come twice.
How do you decide my dog's size?+
We weigh every dog on a professional scale at the salon and record the breed and coat type. Size and coat are what determine how long a visit takes, so that's what sets your rate.
If your dog's record needs updating, we'll tell you in person before anything changes on your bill — and you'll never owe anything for past visits.
What's a Mini Groom vs Full Groom?+
Mini Groom = Everything in Bath & Care + face trim, paw trim, sanitary trim, bandana. A light cleanup.
Full Groom = Everything in Bath & Care + complete body haircut and styling. The full transformation.
Why do some breeds cost more?+
Breeds like Goldendoodles, Poodles, Huskies, Great Pyrenees, and Shih Tzus need significantly more time — specialized drying, thorough brushing, careful detangling. The rate difference reflects real labor. You'll see your dog's exact rate when you check availability.
Is there a contract?+
No contract. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. But this works best for people committed to building a real routine — not coming once every 8 weeks.
What if spots aren't available?+
We limit members so everyone gets great service. If we're at capacity for your breed/size, check back — spots open as members cancel.
Can my dog just come for a quick brush?+
Yes. Your dog doesn't need to be dirty — regular brushing is exactly the point, especially for Doodles and curly coats that mat fast.
Every visit counts as one of your two monthly sessions, whether it's a full bath or a brush-out, since either way we're setting aside the same appointment time with a groomer.
